- To attend General Conference of ICOM 2010 you must be a member of ICOM. Please check the ICOM website to know how to become a member of ICOM. (http://icom.museum)
- Non-ICOM-members wishing to attend the General Conference should contact the Organizing Committee for further information.
- Date of registration refers to the date when payment is recevied at the designated account or in the case of credit card.
Cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation made by Sep 30, 2010 will be refunded 30% of the registration fee.2. No refund will be made after Sep 30, 2010.
After the registration, please pay the full amount or pay initial deposit. The initial deposit includes the registration fee, one night hotel accommodation and 20% of the pre and post conference tour fee. The booking is valid only upon receipt of the payment in full by Aug 7, 2010, and is not refundable after June 7, 2010.
Reminder: The full amount must be paid within 3 weeks after the registration. A confirmation email will be sent to you when we receive your payment. Cancellation of registration and bookings must be made in written form.
Cancellation policy for hotel accommodation, pre and post conference tour, culture activities and entourage activities:

Registration procedure:

2.Log into the registration page, please fill in the registration form. Click on the accompanying person button after you finish the registration form.
3.When you log into the accompanying person registration form, please fill in the form, then click on submit button.
4.When you log into the next page, you will be told how much registration fee you should pay, then click on submit button and log into the next page, choose the hotel room, tour, social activities, pick-up or see-off service you want.
5.After you finish all the choices, please confirm the total fee, and arrange the payment online (or by credit card, bank transfer).
Log in procedure for the user:
1.Please use your email address as your ID, and set password by yourself.
2.After you have created your ID and password, user can log in by with your ID and password on the home page.
3.When you log in, you can change your personal information, hotel room booking, flight information (if you need airport pick-up service). Meanwhile, you can choose all the working session, social activities and culture activities which you want.
