Dongping National Forest Park is located in north of Chongming Island, one of the three islands in China. It is 12 kilometers away from Nanmen hobor, and near to Jianshe Town, Dongfeng Farm. The whole garden is 1700 meters long and 1400-2800 meters wide with an area of 3.55 square kilometers, and it is the largest plain forest in east china. The main protection animals include accipiter, umbrette pheasant and kinds of sparrow bird, hedgehog, stoat, etc. The forest is luxuriance and lake is clean and clear, with the beautiful environment and kinds of scenic spots.
